We want you to be fully satisfied with your Louisville Bats gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed merchandise. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed, typically within 5-7 business days of receipt.
