Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During the baseball season or following major team events, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Can I return a customized jersey?
Customized jerseys with specific names and numbers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect or printing error.

Currently, the Louisville Bats Team Store ships within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your specific location.
How do I determine my cap size?
We carry both adjustable and fitted caps. For fitted hats, please refer to our Size Guide located on the product page to ensure you select the correct measurement for your head.
Can I pick up my online order at Louisville Slugger Field?
Yes! Select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout to collect your items at the stadium team store during regular business hours at no additional cost.
